First Day of Training
Nightmare Before Christmas 10/20/13

So Tommy and I had planned for a few weeks now that we would be going to the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood to see the Nightmare Before Christmas in 4D. Well 30 minutes before we were going to leave my mom and sister decided they were going to join us! So off the four of us went to Hollywood. Disneyland 10/13/13
So today we went to Disneyland. I was excited because everything was to be decorated for Halloween and this is one of my favorite times of the year (aside from Christmas). The night before we were at Knott's Scary Farm and had a blast but boy were we tired! Once again we stayed at the Stanford Inn and Suites and we were able to have breakfast before heading into the mad house! Once we made it over to Disneyland it was about 11:45 am and the line was about 20 minutes to go through the bag check!

Anniversary Weekend Saturday 9/21/13- Blast From the Past
Today we had the whole day to do what ever we wanted. Being in Anaheim, CA we were close to the town I had grown up in while my dad was enlisted as a Marine. One of the bases we were stationed at was Seal Beach, CA. It was crazy to go back there to my old house, old elementary school, library, and girl scout house and see how much had changed. I was happy to finally share with Tommy something that had made such a huge impact in my life and to share with him that part of my life.

Anniversary Weekend Friday 9/20/13- DInner and a Show
After the event we made our way to California Adventure for our dinner reservations at Carthay Circle. As you can see we went all out for our first anniversary together.
Anniversary Weekend Friday 9/20/13- Disneyland Tour
Today we woke up bright and early to get ready for our tour at Disneyland. We stayed at the Stanford Inn and Suites (formally known as Comfort Inn MainGate) and were lucky enough to have breakfast included. For as cheap as the hotel was I was not expecting anything special. Usually we stay at the Camelot Inn which is located right across the street from the main gate. The rooms are fairly pricy and the breakfast is usually just toast, cereal, oatmeal, stale donuts and muffins, and fruit. So as you can imagine we were expecting something similar or worse from our new hotel. We were thankfully surprised to find that this breakfast was much more filling and versatile than the one we had received at Camelot. There was sausage, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, waffles, toast, bagels, donuts, and drinks.Tommy's thoughts - Tapatio on eggs is a must.
